I have a confession – I will cry at your wedding. I am a hopeless romantic at heart who will never tire of experiencing the raw emotions of happiness and joy when two people choose to stand before their family and friends and vow to spend the rest of their lives loving each other.
Finding someone you can trust to capture all the magical moments of your wedding day is one of the most important decisions when planning your wedding – I know, I’ve been in your shoes! I will work with both of you to ensure that all of your cherishes moments of your special day are preserved.
If you are newly engaged, don’t delay in contacting me about booking your wedding photography if your wedding date is in 2010. My availability is quickly becoming limited (especially for July and August). I am also booking for dates in 2011 proving it is never too early!

All Wedding Photography Packages Include:
- Photographic Coverage
- This all-inclusive approach to packaging provides you with photographic coverage to ensure all those special moments are captured without the need for constantly checking your watch. Typically this will include shots of the bride and/or groom getting ready right through until the first dance and cake cutting. Coverage will be provided up to 10:00pm. Please note that time spent travelling between venues (church, reception site, etc.) is part of the allocated time.
- All Images on Disc
- You will receive all the edited digital image files in full resolution allowing you to use the images as you wish. Share them on facebook, on your personal wedding website, print as many prints or enlargements as you wish with your preferred photo service or email them to friend and family. I believe that if you are investing in the images of your wedding day that you are entitled to the freedom to use the images without restriction.

- Password Protected Online Viewing Gallery
- All of your images will be uploaded to a password protected gallery in a size suitable for downloading to create prints or enlargements up to 5″x7″ in size. Share the site URL and password with family and friends and allow them to download any images they would like printed. They can take care of printing the images through their preferred photo service, taking the pressure off of you to supply them with images for their frames.
- One Hour Engagement Portrait Session
- This is invaluable in getting to know Tammi and so all those stage fright jitters are non-existent on your wedding day! The more comfortable you feel with Tammi, the more relaxed you can be when it counts. During the hour session at your location of choice within the Halifax Regional Municipality, Tammi will capture special images that can be used in newspaper announcements, on save the date cards, your wedding invitation or at your wedding in photo frames on the guest tables, in a frame for signing or in a guest book. All images will be uploaded to a password protected gallery for downloading in 5″ x 7″ size and will be provided on disc for prints and enlargements.

Other Information About Wedding Packages
- All photographs taken by Tammi Hayne so the coverage of your wedding day is uniform and in the unique style Tammi is known for. Your photos should tell a story of your wedding day from beginning to end which is best achieved through the vision of one person.
- A deposit of $250.00 CAD and a signed contract is required to officially book photographic coverage of your wedding day. Holds on dates are not permitted and availability is based on a first come, first serve basis (therefore the first couple to sign a contract and pay the retainer deposit will secure the date). Upon payment of the initial retainer deposit and signing of the contract, wedding photography services for your wedding are considered booked and confirmed.
- The retaining deposit is non-refundable if for any reason the wedding is cancelled.
- 30 days prior to your wedding date, half of the remaining package balance is due.
- On your wedding day the final remaining balance is due in full.
- Travel is included for locations within the Halifax Regional Municipality. All areas beyond the HRM will be charged a travel rate of $0.40 per kilometer (from the photographer’s residence to the day’s venues and back to the photographer’s residence).
- If photographic coverage is required until 10:00PM and the location is not within the Halifax Regional Municipality, private overnight accommodation is required and any charges incurred for the provision of this accomodation (room + taxes) is the responsibility of the client.
- It is understood that the photographer is the exclusive photographer for the event but will allow others (family and friends in attendance) to take photos as long as it does not interfere with the photographer’s ability to capture images or work within the time contsraints of the clients’ package.
- For photographic coverage which includes a reception where a meal will be served, the photographer would appreciate being included in seating arrangements (close to the head table or microphone stand if possible or with a clear view of the proceedings) and a meal provided (otherwise the photographer must take a meal break at which time photographic coverage will not be provided).
- The photographer maintains shared rights to the images in order to use them for future promotional/portfolio purposes including print and web advertising.
- For clients who reside outside of the Halifax Regional Municipality, postage required to mail your discs, prints and enlargements is not included in your package price. Payment of shipping costs is payable to the photographer prior to shipment
